Cravaack Salutes America's Veterans

Statement

U.S. Representative Chip Cravaack (MN-8) made the following statement in appreciation of America's veterans:

"Tomorrow our nation will honor and thank our veterans for their service. Since the founding of this country, there has been an unbroken line of selfless men and women willing to give the "last full measure of devotion.' This tradition continues with the courageous active and reserve military forces currently sworn to preserve, protect, and defend our national security, as well as the Constitution. Their bravery and selfless sacrifice are blessings from God. To them, and to their families, I am profoundly grateful."

Rep. Cravaack serves on the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee -- where he is Vice Chair of the Aviation Subcommittee -- the Homeland Security Committee, and the Science, Space and Technology Committee. The 8th Congressional District covers 18 counties in Northeast Minnesota.
